What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our residents and their guests:

  • Take full ownership of the day-to-day housekeeping operations across all residential units, common areas, and amenity spaces, ensuring every environment reflects the exacting standards of an ultra-luxury address.
  • Directly lead and develop a Senior Housekeeper, providing structured guidance, daily briefings, and ongoing mentorship to foster a team culture rooted in pride, precision, and excellence.
  • Conduct meticulous daily inspections of all units and public areas, identifying and rectifying even the most minor imperfections before they are ever noticed by a resident.
  • Establish and maintain detailed SOPs for room presentation, turndown service, deep cleaning, linen management, and amenity replenishment.
  • Manage linen, supplies, equipment, and chemical inventories with precision; monitor par levels, control waste, and ensure all materials meet the property’s luxury specifications.
  • Liaise seamlessly with the Resident Manager and wider operations team to coordinate access, maintenance requests, move-ins, move-outs, and special resident preferences.
  • Maintain detailed records of unit conditions, inspection outcomes, deep-cleaning schedules, and any maintenance concerns requiring follow-up.
  • Personalize the housekeeping experience for each resident, maintaining thorough profiles of preferences, schedules, and sensitivities to ensure service is always anticipatory and never intrusive.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as any applicable environmental and chemical handling standards.
  • Support and manage the onboarding of all housekeeping team members, instilling brand standards and personal accountability from day one.

What you'll bring

  • A background in luxury or ultra-luxury housekeeping operations, 5-star hotel, branded residence or private estate.
  • A natural and deeply ingrained eye for detail; you notice what others overlook and take quiet, professional pride in spaces that are not just clean, but immaculate.
  • Proven experience leading and developing housekeeping teams, with the ability to inspire high standards through example, structure, and consistent accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, inventories, inspection records, and team deployment across a compact but demanding operation.
  • Familiarity with premium linen, surface materials, branded amenities, and the specific care protocols required to maintain ultra-luxury finishes and furnishings.
  • Emotionally intelligent and adaptable, capable of adjusting pace, schedule, and approach fluidly around the rhythms and preferences of each individual resident.
  • UAE experience is strongly preferred; knowledge of local regulations and cultural sensitivities in a residential context is a distinct advantage.
  • English fluency is essential; additional languages are a welcome advantage.
