As a Host at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $32.40 per hour.

A day in the life of The Supper Club Hosts demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all the tasks that Hosts accomplish would be lengthy, but the list below is essential to know. 

• Our Hosts are the first and last impression of an exceptional dining experience. They invest in knowing our guests, building the kind of relationships and institutional knowledge that make every visit feel personal and remembered. 
  
• Our Supper Club guests arrive with high expectations, and our Hosts are always one step ahead. They read the room, anticipate needs, and pass the right information to the right people quietly and efficiently, before a guest ever has to ask.  
 
• Our Hosts greet, escort and seat guests with warmth and poise, understanding that for many of our guests, discretion is just as important as the welcome. They manage the room with a light touch, ensuring privacy and exclusivity are felt throughout the entire experience.

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, Hosts are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
