What you'll do
As a Room Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, intuitive, and flexible during their day. This will include eye for detail, thoroughness and hygienic, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Room Attendants.
- The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Room Attendant, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.
These currently set as:
- Monday to Sunday: starting as early as 7am and last shift finishes at 18.30pm

Essential Skills and Experience
- Attention to Detail - You can notice small things and make sure everything looks clean and tidy.
- Good Communication - You can understand instructions and ask questions if you are unsure about something.
- Time Management - You can work quickly and make sure all rooms are finished on time.
- Energetic - You are comfortable with moving around, lifting, and being on your feet for most of the day.
- Teamwork - You can work well with other staff members and help when needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous Experience - If you have worked as a room attendant in a 5 star hotel before
- Customer Service Skills - You can be polite and friendly if you meet guests.
- Organisational Skills - You can keep track of supplies and make sure everything is in the right place.
