What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Our Food & Beverage Ultimate Leaders will join us for a minimum of 12 months, which can be extended to 18 months, where they will do rotations in different areas for a period of 3 to 6 months each.
- During their programme, our candidates will have a dedicated mentor from the business, to support and guide the start of their career with us.
- Throughout the minimum 12 months period, our graduates will take part in key leadership training, learning about leadership styles, feedback, personality types and more, all to support their development with us.
- Connect with our Senior Leadership team through mentorship from the Executive Committee for networking, support and guidance to become a legendary leader.
- Partner with our Learning and Development team for regular 1-2-1, training and workshops to develop you into a highly skilled leader to lead and motivate teams to deliver the ultimate guest experience.
- Work on specific industry and development projects including a personal focus and business focus project.
- Upon successfully finishing the ULP program, you may be given the chance to obtain a permanent full-time position within the department, at the same property.

What you'll bring
- You are ideally a recent graduate in Hospitality & Tourism (or a related field), with a strong desire to grow and advance in the hospitality industry.

- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
