What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- In your leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the commercial objectives defined and budgeted are well executed and goals are achieved.
- You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and constant reporting for all operating department including Rooms, F&B and Spa.
- You’ll also be responsible for systems data health, maintenance, optimization and overall systems integrity, following Dorchester Collection guidelines and standards in order to optimize system usage and create efficiencies.
- You will be creating daily, weekly, monthly and other ad hoc reports for Rooms, F&B and Spa department, highlighting key performance indicators.
- You will be responsible for optimizing rooms inventory and distribution in line with Dorchester Collection brand strategies.
- You will have a passion for looking for the best talent and develop their careers.
- As a member of the Hotel’s senior management team, you will be responsible for providing the Executive Committee with regular data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- It will be critical for you to consider every situation as a commercial and marketing opportunity to generate revenue across the Hotel.

What you'll bring
- You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
- You will take ownership of the revenue management function.
- You will manage the revenue team ensuring that all areas adhere to Dorchester Collection values and enabling the hotel to achieve the highest levels of standards and service.
- Very resilient & proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Well-rounded management and problem solving techniques. Perfectionist with eye for detail comfortable with all social environments.
- You have a talent for collecting data, solving problems, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language and any others would be a great asset especially Arabic.
- You will have a relevant university diploma and bring wealth of past experience working in Revenue Management for a luxury group, ideally in the Middle East.
