What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for leading the entire pastry operations, ensuring each dessert is an artistic, flawless expression of luxury, precision and innovation, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- Oversee daily production across all outlets including afternoon tea, in-room dining, banquets, and signature restaurants, maintaining impeccable quality and consistency.
- In addition to the creative and technical execution of the role, you’ll also lead your kitchen team, adhering to safety standards and continuously developing their skills through coaching and mentorship.
- Introduce and implement the latest international pastry trends, including modern techniques such as 3D chocolate work, edible printing, and low-sugar or plant-based alternatives, without compromising on taste or elegance.
- Work closely with Angelo Musa, World Pastry Champion, to co-create seasonal and signature menus that push creative boundaries while reflecting the DNA of our brand.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards while maintaining cost-effective production and stock control.

What you'll bring
- You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
- You have a talent for innovation, precision, and experience in leading pastry kitchens in ultra-luxury hotels.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in the latest pastry kitchen technologies and tools.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and financial management skills including inventory, ordering and cost control.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. French or Italian would be a plus.
