As an Evening Room Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, intuitive, and flexible during the evening. This will include eye for detail, thoroughness and hygienic, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Evening Room Attendants.
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of an Evening Room Attendant, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
Monday to Sunday 12:00-23:00
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a 5star hotel/apartments - at least 1 year, as a room attendant performing light, deep cleaning duties in the hotel and public areas and turndown services
- Verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- The ability to work on your own.
- Customer service skills.
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and endurance.
- The ability to organise your time and workload.
Preferred Skills
- Carrying out of turn down service, public areas attending, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, reorganizing, steaming and ironing, descaling, bed making, maintenance reporting and team work
