You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our residents and their guests:

• Partner closely with the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day delivery of all housekeeping operations across residential units, common areas, and amenity spaces, stepping in as the operational lead in their absence.
• Conduct thorough inspections of all areas prior to and following service, ensuring every unit and shared space is presented to the exacting standards expected at AVA Residences.
• Maintain meticulous records of unit inspection outcomes, cleaning schedules, maintenance observations, and any resident-specific preferences or sensitivities.
• Liaise professionally with all relevant teams to coordinate access, address maintenance issues, and ensure smooth communication between departments/teams.
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion and sensitivity at all times, respecting the privacy, routines, and personal spaces of each resident as if they were your own.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience through anticipatory service, personalized touches, and impeccable attention to the finer details of each home.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are followed rigorously, including the correct handling, storage, and use of cleaning materials and equipment.

• A proven background in luxury or ultra-luxury housekeeping, 5-star hotel or branded residence.
• An almost instinctive eye for detail
• Experience supervising housekeeping attendants or casual teams
• A calm, composed, and deeply professional manner
• Genuine discretion and an understanding of what it means to work within the private home of an ultra-high-net-worth individual.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple units and tasks simultaneously without losing focus on the details that matter most.
• Familiarity with the care requirements of premium and delicate surfaces, high-end fabrics, luxury furnishings, and branded amenity protocols.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, management, and residents alike.
