- Serve as the on-ground ambassador for our residents, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of ultra-luxury living and personalized service
- Act as a trusted and visible presence for residents, building genuine relationships rooted in discretion, warmth, and personalized attention.
- Build, recruit, and lead the full front-of-house residential team, including Concierge, Doormen, Lobby Hosts, and Housekeeping, setting the tone for a culture of excellence, warmth, and uncompromising service from the ground up.
- Develop and nurture a high-performing team through hands-on leadership, structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance management.
- Define service standards for each front-of-house function, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s ultra-luxury positioning.
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house residential operations, maintaining immaculate standards at all times.
- Handle resident requests, feedback, and concerns with poise, urgency, and emotional intelligence, always resolving with grace.
- Support the onboarding of new residents, ensuring their arrival and settling-in experience is extraordinary from day one.
- Monitor daily KPIs and operational checklists, escalating and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and RERA guidelines where applicable.
- Drive resident engagement through curated lifestyle programming, exclusive events, and community-building initiatives.
- Uphold and champion the brand’s ultra-luxury standards, continuously benchmarking against the finest residential addresses globally.
