Your compensation as a Performance Improvement Manager will be $75,000 - $77,000 per year

 

What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

·         Provides direction to the different departments to implement performance improvement projects.

·         Provide a regular scorecard to the leadership team on measures of success related to guest engagement.

·         Ensure that guest data has been collected and recommendations to drive guest engagement have been made

·         Use tools to facilitate and manage teams to ensure process improvement is consistent and effectively being utilized within their region

·         Continue to gain insight about the usability of the tools from guest relations and daily operations

·         Executing all local processes & policies linked to the guest systems

·         Providing business process direction, and recommendations for more effective systems utilization

·         Conducting insights analysis; providing Hotel Manager and Guest Experience Director support with operational insight

·         Driving internal communication and measuring the implementation of initiatives

·         Supports seamless service experience across all departments and ensures service is guest centric

·         Ensure guest feedback is analyzed from all platforms and continuous improvement is actively delivered.

What you'll bring

·         You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.

·         You have a solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

·         Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

·         Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.

English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
