You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for maintaining all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and installations in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs, routine and preventive maintenance as well as general maintenance.
• Monitor and control property temperature and air quality.
• Assemble, install, test, repair and maintain pipe assemblies, electrical systems or electronic wiring fittings, valves to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You’ll also diagnose malfunctioning HVAC-R systems components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Maintain engineering area, clean and in an orderly manner.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a HVAC Technician, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

• You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team. High school diploma or similar qualification. Technical Trade Course Certificate in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanics/HVAC-R or related.
• Technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing.
  At least 4 years’ experience in facility management with minimum 1 year in international 5-star Hotel luxury brand.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a AC Technician or similar role. Pre-Opening experience preferred.
• You have a talent for Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on various MEP systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or other structures such as walkways, parking lots, and guest facilities.
• Experience in repairing HVAC-R related equipment or systems using the needed tools. Able to read Building, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical drawings.
• Analytical & critical thinking skills. Able to gather and organize information using a logical and systematic process.
• Able to work alone with minimum supervision and within a team.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
