      As a Guest Relations Manager at Hotel Bel Air your compensation will be between $80,000 to $83,000 Annually. 

What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:  

  • You will be responsible for taking a proactive approach to leveraging and inspiring the processes and human capabilities within the GRC system during their day. This will include administrative tasks, team development, guest and people experience are seamless all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.  
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving an acute attention to detail and a holistic approach to the guest experience. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Guest Relations Manager. 
  • Our Guest Relations Managers enable the Guest Relations Coordinators to set Host & Concierge teams for success by pre-empting all administrative tasks.  
  • Our Guest Relations Managers are detail oriented and relentless with follow-up.  They are process and task oriented.   
  • They intervene in any guest/team member situation as needed to ensure the integrity of the property is maintained, guest satisfaction is achieved, and employee wellbeing is preserved. Our Guest Relations Manager supports our Director of Guest Relations with management tasks.  
  • Our Guest Relations Manager empowers the team to remain focused on their responsibilities, trainings, and performance outcomes. They work in partnership with the creative research teams.

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our Guest Relations Manager are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. 
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.  The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.  Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. 
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
