What you'll do

As a Guest Relations Executive, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Daily Operations: As a Guest Relations Executive you will be responsible for maintaining a detailed view of our guests. This will include researching guests, outreach to all guests, and ensuring teams are kept updated with pertinent information. Some of the duties will include attending the morning and the afternoon operations meeting to be familiar with daily arrivals, as well as spot check registration cards on a daily basis to ensure we are obtaining the correct information from our guests.
  • Guest Requests: As a Guest Relations Executive you will engage with guests and build lasting relationships, and you will take care of guests’ special requests involving transportation, dietary restrictions, room preferences and special occasions.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

 

  • Previous experience in hospitality and bring in a good understanding of luxury
  • Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.

  • Microsoft Word knowledge
