You will work within our Global Sales Operations team to ensure that our sales standards are followed across the Collection. You’ll do so by:
- Ensuring our sales teams follow the sales system procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their work
- Working to improve the customer experience by conducting quarterly audits and sharing the results with our hotels
- Monitoring the quality of activities, test results, defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement.
- Monitoring compliance with system processes and practices across the business.
- Delivering training programs on system utilization and processes
- Providing ongoing support to Sales System Standards Leads including refresher and new starter training, and through weekly meetings
- Ensuring system data health, overall system integrity and maintaining responsibility for property users in order to optimize system usage and create efficiencies.
- Ensuring smooth transition of data across DC through cooperation with Sales System Standards Leads
- Updating, revise or create new Sales Operating Procedures as needed.
- Working closely with the Senior Director of Global Sales Operations to provide updates to key stakeholders on sales systems management and utilization on a quarterly basis
- Serving as a point of escalation for complex group system requests, as well as acting on the initiatives directed by the Senior Director of Global Sales Operations.
- This position will be required to travel to hotel locations as needed
