You’ll love what you do and take pride driving the success of the food & beverage function across Dorchester Collection

• You will be responsible for managing SevenRooms platform, including creating and pulling reports, auditing the database, and liaising with SevenRooms regarding system capabilities
• You will work closely with the SevenRooms champions in each hotel, training any new champions, rolling out new features, running regular meetings, and providing support to them as needed
• As the Food & beverage projects Lead, you will travel approximately once a year to the hotels
• You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, including managing their diary and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms, and organising travel and accommodation
• You will liaise with industry suppliers and vendors for all F&B initiatives
• You will support the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage with various new and ongoing F&B projects
• You will support with planning the annual F&B forum, including coordinating the logistics
• You will act as a point of contact between the hotel F&B teams and the corporate office, including organizing, preparing presentations for regular meetings and calls with the F&B and Finance departments of each property, as well as with current partners such as Alain Ducasse and Wolfgang Puck

• You have a strong working knowledge of Office 365 products, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are able to create and pull reports, as well as analyse data and identify trends.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous but not required. 
• You have a passion for Food and Beverage, and have previous experience in an F&B related position
• You have excellent organization skills and a strong attention to detail.
