What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for expediting the dishes from the kitchen to the front of house designated area in a professional manner by paying attention to cleanliness of dishes, making sure all the equipment is well polished and ready for service and preparing coffee and tea according to the guests preferences and up to standard.
  • You will ensure the dishes with special requirements are expedited to the right table and thoroughly labelled and are responsible to notify to the Senior Waiter and Head Waiter the special dish on the tray.
  • You will complete the morning opening mise-en-place on time as well as closing duties, have an extensive menu knowledge  all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
