What you'll do

As a Cloakroom Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests and colleagues:

 

  • Welcome and Assist Guests: Greet guests warmly, store their belongings securely, and help with item retrieval when needed.
  • Keep the Cloakroom Organized: Label and arrange items systematically while maintaining a clean and tidy space.
  • Ensure Belongings Are Safe: Monitor and safeguard guests' items, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness in the Ladies and Gents rest rooms: ensure areas are cleaned and well presented. Report any maintenance issue as and when arise.

 

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Cloakroom Attendant, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:

  • Monday to Sunday: 7.30AM – 3.30PM & 3.30PM – 12.00AM

What you'll bring

  

Essential Skills and Experience

 

  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and assist them with storing and retrieving their personal items.
  • Organisation: Keep the cloakroom tidy and ensure items are stored systematically.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately tag and track guests' belongings to prevent loss or mix-ups.
  • Communication: Clearly and politely communicate with guests and team members.
  • Reliability: Consistently arrive on time and fulfill duties throughout the shift.
     

Preferred Skills

 

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle busy periods calmly and efficiently.
    Teamwork: Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively
