• As the leader of Vesper Bar, you will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring the venue continues to set industry benchmarks for service, innovation, and commercial success. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, cultivate meaningful relationships within the global bar community, and drive the evolution of the bar through innovative menu concepts and world-class beverage experiences.
