What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for ensuring that your department achieves the hotels’ financial, the marketing & communications objectives set by the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You’ll also be responsible for maintaining direct oversight over the marketing and communications Department
- You will work closely with Revenue Management, Finance, Food and Beverage, Spa and the Front Office departments of the hotel to develop and execute an annual marketing and communications budget and plan.
- You will ensure that the marketing and communications team understand their roles and will clearly communicate them the strategic vision and objectives on how to drive awareness and brand recognition resulting in improve performances and revenues.
- Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Director of Marketing & Communications you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
- As a member of the Hotel’s senior management team, you will be responsible for providing the Executive Committee with regular marketing and communications reports for the strategic commercial plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- It will be critical for you to consider every situation as a commercial and marketing opportunity to showcase the Hotel products and services.

- As a detail orientated and hands on Team Player with strong interpersonal skills, you will thrive on mentoring high potential team members to achieve better results and celebrate success within the team.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- You will have a relevant university diploma and bring wealth of past experience working for the luxury industry ideally in the Middle East.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language any others would be an asset especially Arabic.
