You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be support and assist the Cost Controller in maintaining control procedures of all stock items such as Chinaware, Glassware, Silverware, Food, Beverage, Tobacco & Consumables.
• To record, reconcile and keep appropriate records of all the monthly purchases and issues of operating equipment.
• To continuously support the internal control environment governing inventory management across the hotel.   
• To produce highly accurate cost and statistical information reports to senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To highlight and correct procedural irregularities in the recording, storage and handling of all stock items.
• To support the Cost Controller & Asst. Dir of Finance with any ad hoc projects and duties as required.

• Strong accounting, analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• You should have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the luxury hotels in the Middle East.
