Il Principe di Savoia, storico e prestigioso hotel di Milano, è alla ricerca di una figura di Commis di Sala per il Ristorante Acanto, che rappresenta l’eccellenza gastronomica dell’hotel, distinguendosi per uno stile raffinato e contemporaneo.
Svolgerà un ruolo fondamentale nel supportare il servizio in sala, garantendo un’esperienza elegante, attenta e curata per ogni ospite, in linea con gli standard della nostra struttura.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Allestirà e riordinerà la sala, garantendo ordine, pulizia e una corretta disposizione di attrezzature e materiali necessari per il servizio
Supporterà le figure incaricate della gestione del rango (Chef de Rang), collaborando attivamente durante tutte le fasi del servizio per assicurare un’esperienza fluida e curata per gli ospiti
Effettuerà il servizio al tavolo nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi dell’hotel e con attenzione al dettaglio
Sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione del back office e della preparazione degli ordini in coordinamento con la cucina, assicurando un flusso operativo efficace
Garantirà la pulizia costante delle aree di lavoro nel rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie e delle procedure interne
Favorirà un clima di collaborazione con tutto il team, contribuendo a un ambiente positivo, professionale e orientato al lavoro di squadra

• Our Hosts are responsible for spending time getting to know our guests, building relationships and institutional knowledge during their day. • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers and sharing knowledge with the relevant teams. Experience: 5+ years of providing executive-level administrative support or equivalent corporate experience.

• Our Polo Lounge Servers are responsible for setting up and maintaining tables, delivering food from kitchen to guest table, assisting with orders, pouring coffee and water during their day. As a Waiter, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

You will be responsible for efficiently bringing dishes from the kitchen to the designated front-of-house area. This includes ensuring dishes are clean and presentable before they are taken to guests, making sure that all serving equipment is polished and prepared before service begins, preparing tea and coffee according to each guest’s preferences, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
When serving dishes with special requirements, you will clearly label the dish and ensure that it is delivered to the correct table, and notify the Head Waiter that a special dish is on the tray to ensure proper handling.
You will set up the tables and prepare the equipment before the restaurant opens, along with completing the closing duties at the end of the day such as cleaning tables, storing equipment, and resetting the dining area.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Assistere la brigata del “Il Giardino Ristorante” nella gestione delle attività quotidiane e assicurare che gli ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Preparare i piatti del menù, verificare il materiale e l’equipaggiamento necessario per il servizio, pulire e riassettare l’area di lavoro, e rispettare le norme di igiene, sicurezza e HACCP.
Essere responsabili della comunicazione con tutti Outlet F&amp;B, e ove necessario, collaborare con gli altri reparti dell’hotel.

You will be responsible for assisting guests with their enquiries about reservations for all our nine hotels of the Collection. This will include process all bookings via telephone and email and follow up activities related to reservations aspects, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You’ll also need to be persuasive and engaging in order to close the sale over the phone and/or via email
Prioritization is another key skill: as a reservations specialist, you will be skilled at multitasking and are able to adapt in a fast-paced environment in order to meet time of response targets.
