You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: You will be responsible for overseeing the Pool, Beach, and Wellness Areas at One at Palm Jumeirah while leading your team to deliver an attentive, welcoming, and refined service, ensuring our residents and their families always enjoy a seamless and consistently luxurious wellness experience. You’ll also supervise the preparation, opening, and closing of the pool, beach, and wellness areas, coordinate beverage service, and oversee the daily setup and breakdown of sun loungers, maintaining immaculate cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout the day. Though skillfully trained in operational excellence, you will never lose sight of your ultimate responsibility, to lead by example and create memorable, relaxing, and safe moments for our residents and their families. En tant que Responsable Room Service vous aurez pour missions : Superviser l'ensemble des opérations du Room Service sur le terrain Organiser et animer les réunions journalières avec les équipes au sujet des clients du jour de l’hôtel, des actualités de l’hôtel. Vérifier les mises en place déjeuners, petits déjeuners, dîners et des commandes clients VIP, longs séjours etc… Superviser et mettre en place le suivi des prestations d’accueil, minibar, café et thé en chambre. Gérer les plaintes et effectuer un suivi des actions. Assurer la gestion des stocks matériels, nourritures et boissons, nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service et en préventif à toute rupture de stock. Assurer communication efficace avec sa hiérarchie, notamment en faisant remonter toute problématique ou plainte clients. Organiser les plannings, répartir les tâches et assurer une gestion optimale des effectifs. Elaborer les budgets, chiffre d’affaires, prix moyen et frais de personnel en collaboration avec le Directeur de la Restauration. Coordonner et organiser tout événement spécial. Respecter et faire respecter les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité, de prévention incendie, ainsi que le Règlement Intérieur.
