You will be responsible for delivering a warm, polished, and highly personalized welcome experience in the lobby of One at Palm Jumeirah, greeting residents, their family members, and visitors with genuine care and professionalism, and ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the exceptional standards of Dorchester Collection.
You’ll also work in close partnership with the Doorman and Concierge team to ensure all resident requests are fulfilled seamlessly, supporting arrivals and departures through luggage assistance, resident deliveries, and thoughtful recognition, always addressing residents by name and maintaining a composed, welcoming presence.

You will ensure effective communication and shift handovers, maintain full knowledge of residence policies, procedures, and facilities, and demonstrate flexibility by supporting both day and night shifts as operational needs require.

You will be responsible for maintaining the Pool and Wellness Areas at One at Palm Jumeirah while delivering an attentive, welcoming, and refined service, ensuring our residents and their families always enjoy a seamless and consistently luxurious wellness experience.
You’ll also prepare, open, and close the pool and wellness areas, assist with beverage service, and set up and break down sun loungers, maintaining immaculate cleanliness, presentation, and comfort throughout the day. Though skillfully trained in operational excellence, you will never lose sight of your ultimate responsibility, to create memorable and relaxing moments for our residents and their families.

As In Room Dining Manager, you are the guardian of excellence for one of the most intimate and personalised guest touchpoints within the hotel. In-room dining is not simply a service, it is a private, curated experience delivered within the guest’s personal sanctuary.
You will:
Champion uncompromising standards, ensuring every tray, interaction, and detail reflects precision, refinement, and absolute consistency.
Lead from the front, visibly present on the floor, conducting continuous spot-checks on presentation, timing, sequence of service, and guest recognition.
Inspire buy-in from your team, creating a culture where excellence is non-negotiable and every team member understands the “why” behind our standards.
Drive emotional connection, ensuring guests feel recognised, valued, and understood. Particularly our returning guests whose expectations extend beyond service into status recognition and personalisation.
Oversee daily operations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless coordination between Kitchen, Housekeeping, Butlers and Host team.
Continuously coach and train, embedding service rituals, product knowledge, and refined etiquette into daily practice, never allowing standards to plateau.
Own financial performance, controlling costs, monitoring productivity, and driving revenue while protecting the integrity of the guest experience.
Refine and elevate SOPs, ensuring they reflect ultra-luxury boutique expectations and are lived, not simply documented.
Recruit and develop exceptional talent, selecting individuals who embody warmth, emotional intelligence, and pride in craft.
Handle guest feedback with grace and authority, turning any challenge into an opportunity to strengthen loyalty.

As an Assistant Bar Manager , you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
You  will be responsible for running the Bar operation during the shift , whilst supporting the Bar team. Some of your duties will include team management, financial performance and guest’s engagement, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and any challenge that may arise during the day.
Supervise the bar team, coach and train new staff, manage rotas, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
Help control budgets, manage stock levels, oversee ordering, and work towards achieving sales targets and profit margins.
Ensure adherence to licensing laws, health &amp; safety regulations, and company policies
Act as the person in charge during the Bar Manager's absence, overseeing all aspects of the bar.
Drive the team in menu innovation, promotional events, and long-term business planning.
You’ll act as a mentor, identifying training needs and implementing plans to ensure every team member master’s the "art of service" from complex mixology to sophisticated wine, champagne and food service.
Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the bar and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Schedule staff efficiently to meet business needs while maintaining labour cost controls.
Stay updated with the latest F&amp;B trends.
Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Drive marketing activation along with the Bar Manager.

 Conduct regular inspections of the property, communal areas, amenities (swimming pool, spa, etc.), and exterior facilities.
Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems across the property.
Ensure the swimming pool and spa systems are functioning efficiently, including filtration, water chemistry, and heating.
Regularly check water quality, chemical balance, and adjust as necessary.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of elevators, fire alarm systems, and security systems.
Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
