Ce stage est à pourvoir à partir du 04 janvier 2027, pour une durée de 6 mois.


En tant que stagiaire en Administration du Personnel au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous aurez pour missions principales :

1. Onboarding 

Participation à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs à travers la gestion et le suivi administratif des arrivées : préparation des dossiers, envoi des e-mails d’arrivée, création des badges et des accès, ainsi que vérification des documents administratifs.

2. Suivi administratif des collaborateurs

Accompagnement de la gestion administrative du personnel au quotidien, incluant la réalisation des certificats de travail, des attestations de salaire, le suivi des visites médicales, la gestion des vestiaires, le suivi des mutuelles et l’archivage des dossiers collaborateurs.

3. Gestion des extras

Participation à la gestion administrative des collaborateurs extras : suivi des demandes, création des profils dans le SIRH, établissement des contrats et contribution aux opérations liées à la paie.

4. Communication RH

Contribution aux actions de communication interne du service Ressources Humaines, notamment à travers la gestion des affichages et la diffusion des informations destinées aux collaborateurs de l’hôtel.

Rythme de travail: du Mardi au Samedi.

En tant que Chargé(e) des approvisionnements et des stocks, vous aurez pour missions principales:
Réception quotidienne des livraisons au service achat et sur le quai de livraison.
Contrôle des livraisons au niveau qualitatif et quantitatif en accord avec le bon de commande.
Rangements et classification des produits selon les procédures de rangement et respect de la méthode FIFO.
Préparation quotidienne des commandes des différents services de l’hôtel.
Saisie dans le système de gestion des stocks les articles livrés dans la journée et les sorties vers les services
Passation des commandes auprès des différents fournisseurs via le logiciel de gestion de stock Adaco
Assure le suivi des retours et des reliquats auprès des fournisseurs
Gestion des stocks économat et magasin général (objectif 0 rupture, rationalisation des fournisseur et adéquation des stocks en fonction de l’activité)
Réalise des spots checks et participe aux inventaires mensuels (objectif : écart de stock à 0)
S’assurer de la propreté et du rangement des lieux de stockage
Assure la bonne rotation des stock, suivi des DLC/DLUO
S’assure de la bonne application des procédures existantes et participe à leur évolution
Peut être amené à prendre d’autres tâches au sein du service en cas d’absence d’un collaborateur
Effectue le suivi avec les fournisseurs des éventuels écarts entre les commandes et les livraisons
Informe les services de l’hôtel des ruptures de stock éventuelles
Fait remonter les demandes spécifiques au responsable du service
Apporte le dynamisme et la sérénité et travaille en harmonie avec l’ensemble des services directement en contact
S’engage à respecter la démarche RSE au sein de l’hôtel Le Meurice

·         You’ll also have the ability to cook and cover any service and must be flexible to the operation schedule.
·         Our Sous Chefs are the Artists of our hotel! Entrusted with the delegation of main kitchen line management and technical food production implementing direction of Executive Chef.

·         Sometimes our guests have special requests involving the planning and development of menus and recipes, ensuring the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared through production and demonstration, utilizing creative menu planning to minimize waste. Performing special duties as requires such as acknowledging dietary restrictions and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by or with assistance of Sous Chefs.
·         Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Sous Chef are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.
·         While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfil cleaning tasks occasionally. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day.  Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Ability to perform cutting skills on work surfaces, topped with cutting boards, 3 to 4 feet in height (kitchen, pastry kitchen, etc.). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Most work tasks are performed indoors.  Temperature generally is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures.

The primary duties and responsibilities of our Staff Accountant but not limited to are as follows:

·       Perform the daily income and cash/credit card reconciliations
·       Completion of Daily Revenue Report
·       Completes and reconciles daily revenue adjustments
·       Distribute income audit reports and submits daily revenue adjustments for approval
·       Compile sales and occupancy tax submissions along with commission payments
·       Support the month-end closing process preparing journal entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations
·       Complete AR functions, respond to guest inquiries via phone or email, prepares individual/group billing, attends Pre con meetings as needed.
·       Complete AP functions, set up vendors in financial system, records &amp; distributes invoices for approval, posts and disburse payments as needed.
·       Complete General Cashiering functions as needed.
·       Work with the Finance Team on the various financial audit tasks, helping to ensure a strong internal controls environment
·       Prepare financial analysis for review as needed
Special projects and other accounting duties as needed&lt;br /&gt;

WHAT YOU’LL DO 
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:  
•           Ability to clearly and pleasurably communicate in English and/or other foreign language (Spanish, French, Japanese or German, etc. very helpful) with guests, visitors, management and co-workers to their understanding, both in person, on the telephone, and via email.
•           Our Baristas are responsible for with all aspects of hot drinks service, experience of using and maintaining a coffee machine, and packaging/serving pastries. Keeps work area clean and organized so that co-workers and management can locate resources and products as needed. Always ensuring that excellent quality and superb service is delivered to all guests. 
•           Maintains the highest level of standards for all product preparation
•           Promote positive relations with all individuals who enter The Patisserie and by telephone.
•           Ability to focus on the guest needs remaining calm and courteous. To think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions.
•           Ensure that The Patisserie area is clean, tidy and re stocked when necessary, during their day; this will include being responsible for maintaining the equipment and thoroughly cleaning at the end of each business day        
•           Prioritize, organize and follow up.
•           Work well under pressure and assist guest and employees with any given period of time.
•           Attention to details.
•           Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.
•           Ensure security of The Patisserie and all product
•           Work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
•           Process, box and package orders 
•           Suggestively sell and display items attractively.
•           Assist in inventory as needed with the Accounting Department.
•           Ability to work without direct supervision.
•           Ability to work any day/shift including weekends and holidays.
•           Willing and able to cross train in various departments so to have an excellent understanding and knowledge for the overall guest service, standards and experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

En tant que chargé(e) de clientèle au sein du Dali, vous aurez pour missions principales les suivantes:
Fonctions commerciales :
Accueillir les clients de façon souriante et chaleureuse sans être familière, accompagner à la table et/ou aux éventuels déplacements des clients, gérer les vestiaires.
Fidéliser les clients, leur offrir un service personnalisé, veiller à leur satisfaction tout au long de leur expérience.
Optimiser les réservations aux restaurants en assurant un remplissage équilibré tout au long de chaque service.
Prendre les réservations par téléphone, mails, fax ou courrier.
Enregistrer les confirmations/ annulations et assurer leur suivi grâce aux logiciels de réservation (La Fourchette, Book a table, Seven rooms, …).
Fonctions administratives :
Mises à jour, impressions et propreté des cartes. Diffusion en ligne (sites Dorchester Collection , La Fourchette, Michelin, …), dans les présentoirs (rue de Rivoli) et auprès de chaque service.
Enregistrement et suivi des demandes par courrier électronique, téléphone, et tous autres moyens
Interface entre les cuisines, les points de vente et les demandes directes des client(e)s ou des relations clientèle / guest experience.
Suivi des avis sur les plateformes en ligne (TripAdvisor, …)
Contrôle du bon fonctionnement et des mises à jour des plateformes d’information et/ou de réservation en ligne (La Fourchette, Michelin, Dorchester Collection, Les Collectionneurs, …)
Suivi des événements exceptionnels (privatisation, fêtes de fin d’années…) : rédaction des fonctions, communication avec les équipes, passage des consignes
Suivi des offres commerciales (enregistrement des menus sur les plateformes et mise en forme des cartes, suivi du chiffre d’affaires et bilan des opérations)
Enrichissement et exploitation de Nexus, mise à disposition quotidienne des informations pertinentes auprès de chaque point de vente
Economat (commande de papier, enveloppe, supports menus..)
Gestion des plis et colis pour les restaurants
Enregistrement des cartes cadeau, gestion des PM et des règlements.
Emission de factures.
Suivi des procédures mises en places concernant les offerts.&lt;br /&gt;

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: 
You will be responsible for entire operational service of all group, social, banquet and planned food and beverage events to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. 
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of food product and satellite banquet staging area sanitation, storage and handling procedures. Implementation of food product presentation, and service standards.  Monitors food quality, nutritional, and portion control standards. 
You will also consult with representatives of client group or organization to plan details such as number of persons expected, display desired, and food service schedule as necessary.  
You will also coordinate entire Banquet Service including managing the banquets team, final stewarding re-accession approval, service staffing levels, set-up (including displays, exhibits, and decorations), service, clean-up, and guest relations. Final pre-event function inspection (fire &amp; health). You will also handle patron/guest compliance with all hotel rules and policies regarding banquet functions during their day. This will include  reviewing all payroll and gratuity reports, arranging, confirming, and coordinating specialty entertainment and event planning as necessary. Attending weekly Banquet Event Order, Tastings, and Catering meetings. Conducts daily shift meetings.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods, to reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. Manual dexterity and coordination are required to operate office equipment. Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and twist. Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light (10 lbs.) to moderate amounts (up to 50 pounds) of weight; Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.
The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments. They also must have the ability to handle stressful situations.
