Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the region
Generating leisure business for all Dorchester Collection properties with a particular focus on luxury travel agencies within the assigned territory
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients through regular client visits, attending industry events and networking to generate new business opportunities
Strengthening the relationship between our corporate office and hotels through promoting open communication, fostering collaboration and facilitating understanding between both sides to align goals and drive mutual success
Work with RSO and DC colleagues to promote cross-departmental coordination, facilitate strategic decision making and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies at a global level in line with DC vision and brand goals
Staying updated on market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Developing and managing the sales budget for your region including RSO budgets and unified trip revenue forecasts and expenses
Preparing regular updates and analysis for management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement. This would involve using Nexus and other sales tools to track and analyse sales data

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &amp; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
A day in the life of our reservations specialists demands high levels of energy. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listed below functions and requirements of our reservation specialists:
Our reservations specialists are responsible for assisting guests with their enquiries about reservations for all the hotels of the collection. This will include process all bookings via telephone and email and follow up activities related to reservation aspects, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a requirement, to address any special requests our guests might have to the relevant department but also, in order to ensure an alignment between the Global Contact Centre and our hotels.
Prioritization is another key skill: our reservation specialists are multitasking and are able to adapt in a fast-paced environment in order to meet time of response targets and ultimately meet our stakeholders expectations.

Acting as the operational backbone of the Creative team, you will establish clear ways of working, manage project delivery, and coordinate internal teams, hotels, agencies and external partners from initial brief through to final delivery. Key responsibilities may include:
Own the day-to-day operational management of the Creative team, ensuring projects are planned, prioritised and delivered effectively.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and critical paths across multiple concurrent projects.

As the Global Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the performance marketing and revenue growth across the Dorchester Collection portfolio., driving measurable commercial returns through paid media, CRM and data-driven campaign strategy. In this role, you will:
Develop and execute paid media strategy across search, social, display, and programmatic channels, with full accountability for direct revenue targets and ROAS
Own the CRM strategy: lifecycle programmes, personalisation frameworks, audience development, and revenue attribution
Lead campaign planning from brief through execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities
Manage agency relationships: briefing, performance reviews, budget allocation, and contract negotiations
Own analytics and reporting: define KPIs, interpret performance data, and translate insights into actionable commercial decisions
Manage performance marketing budget with clear revenue accountability
Partner with hotel commercial teams to align activity with property-level objectives and promotional calendars
Identify opportunities for growth through new channels, audiences, and testing frameworks

A day in the life of our reservations specialists demands high levels of energy. They need consistency even though the days are never alike, and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listed below are the functions and requirements of our reservations specialists:
Our reservations specialists are responsible for assisting guests with their enquiries about reservations for all the hotels of the collection. This will include processing all bookings via telephone and email and follow-up activities related to reservation aspects, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a requirement, to address any special requests our guests might have to the relevant department but also, in order to ensure an alignment between the Global Contact Centre and our hotels.
Prioritization is another key skill: our reservations specialists are able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment in order to meet time of response targets and ultimately meet our stakeholder expectations.

The Cyber Security Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for shaping, driving, and continuously improving the organisation’s information and cyber security posture across on‑premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure cloud environments. The role focuses on owning and delivering remediation from security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management, while acting as the technical subject matter expert for cyber security across the business.
This position is suited to candidates with a strong infrastructure or IT system administration/support background, with proven experience securing hybrid environments and responding to real‑world threats&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Cyber Security Engineering &amp; OperationsOwn and resolve cyber security–related support tickets, investigations, and technical issues.
Triaging, investigating, and responding to threats via the global XDR platform.
Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk security events.
Vulnerability Management &amp; Remediation
Own end-to-end remediation of findings from penetration tests, vulnerability scanning, and internal assessments.
Work hands-on with infrastructure and regional teams to remediate vulnerabilities across servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud platforms.
Track and drive remediation activity to ensure timely closure of security risks.
Security Assessments &amp; PosturePlan and execute internal security assessments and technical reviews across infrastructure and sites.
