As the Global Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the performance marketing and revenue growth across the Dorchester Collection portfolio., driving measurable commercial returns through paid media, CRM and data-driven campaign strategy. In this role, you will:
Develop and execute paid media strategy across search, social, display, and programmatic channels, with full accountability for direct revenue targets and ROAS
Own the CRM strategy: lifecycle programmes, personalisation frameworks, audience development, and revenue attribution
Lead campaign planning from brief through execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities
Manage agency relationships: briefing, performance reviews, budget allocation, and contract negotiations
Own analytics and reporting: define KPIs, interpret performance data, and translate insights into actionable commercial decisions
Manage performance marketing budget with clear revenue accountability
Partner with hotel commercial teams to align activity with property-level objectives and promotional calendars
Identify opportunities for growth through new channels, audiences, and testing frameworks

Define and execute website strategy across all property and collection-level sites, balancing brand experience with commercial performance
Own SEO strategy: technical SEO, content optimisation, and search visibility across traditional and AI-driven search
Manage the booking engine experience and conversion rate optimisation (CRO), working with web developers, IT and third-party partners
Oversee the e-shop strategy and digital retail experience
Lead CMS governance: templates, standards, publishing workflows, and content architecture
Own the development roadmap: prioritise enhancements, manage technical debt, and coordinate with developers and agencies
Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, accessibility, and technical performance
Define measurement frameworks for digital experience (conversion funnels, UX metrics, engagement)
Partner with hotel marketing teams to ensure property-level content is on-brand and optimised

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests and clients. As a Regional Sales Director, your primary goal would be to drive revenue growth, increase market share and maintain a strong brand presence in the designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the region
Generating leisure business for all Dorchester Collection properties with a particular focus on luxury travel agencies within the assigned territory
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients through regular client visits, attending industry events and networking to generate new business opportunities
Strengthening the relationship between our corporate office and hotels through promoting open communication, fostering collaboration and facilitating understanding between both sides to align goals and drive mutual success
Work with RSO and DC colleagues to promote cross-departmental coordination, facilitate strategic decision making and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies at a global level in line with DC vision and brand goals
Staying updated on market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Developing and managing the sales budget for your region including RSO budgets and unified trip revenue forecasts and expenses
Preparing regular updates and analysis for management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement. This would involve using Nexus and other sales tools to track and analyse sales data

The Global Creative Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Dorchester Collection’s Creative function, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, collaboratively and to the exceptional standards expected of one of the world’s leading luxury hotel brands.
Acting as the operational backbone of the Creative team, you will establish clear ways of working, manage project delivery, and coordinate internal teams, hotels, agencies and external partners from initial brief through to final delivery. You will bring structure, accountability and clarity to a fast-paced environment, creating the conditions for creativity to thrive while ensuring projects remain on time, on budget and aligned with business priorities.
Working closely with colleagues across Brand, Communications, Digital, Content, Guest Recognition and our hotels, you will create seamless project delivery across multiple workstreams while continually improving how the team operates.
Key responsibilities may include:
Own the day-to-day operational management of the Creative team, ensuring projects are planned, prioritised and delivered effectively.
Manage incoming creative briefs, ensuring requirements are clear, priorities are agreed and stakeholders are aligned before work begins.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and critical paths across multiple concurrent projects.
Lead weekly project and production meetings, tracking progress, identifying risks and ensuring clear accountability across all live projects.
Manage team capacity, resource planning and workflow across designers, copywriters, freelancers and external creative partners.
Coordinate cross-functional project delivery across Brand, Communications, Digital, Content, Guest Recognition and our hotels, ensuring teams remain aligned from brief through to completion.
Build trusted relationships with our hotels, corporate teams, agencies and suppliers, establishing clear expectations, timelines and ways of working.
Establish and maintain project governance, briefing processes, approvals and operational standards that improve efficiency, visibility and consistency across the Creative team.
Ensure projects are completed on time, meet agreed objectives and are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, tools and operational efficiency, helping evolve the Creative function and supporting the wider Global Marketing team.
Work with Click Up, Dorchester Collection’s tool of choice to innovate and enable ease of use across the business

Etes garant de l’application et du contrôle les normes d’hygiène et de l’application des procédures et concepts mis en place par la Direction ou la Dorchester Collection.
Vous épaulez le Chef Pâtissier et le chef pâtissier consultant dans la planification et l’élaboration des cartes, ainsi qu’à la révision des cartes, à l’analyse des recettes et déterminez les coûts marchandises.
Participez à l’élaboration des fiches techniques.
Sous la responsabilité et la direction du Chef Pâtissier, vous déterminez les coûts marchandises grâce à l’analyse des recettes.
Participez à la saisie des inventaires de marchandises et matériel de pâtisserie/boulangerie.
Préparez les commandes en indiquant le type de denrées, la quantité et qualité.
Contrôlez la livraison pour les denrées périssables, les dates de péremptions.
Participez à la formation des collaborateurs de la pâtisserie.
Organisez et animez les réunions journalières avec les équipes au sujet des clients du jour de l’hôtel, des actualités de l’hôtel,...
Répartissez les missions entre les collaborateurs selon leur niveau de compétences et leurs qualifications.
