This will include reading the BEO to determine the specified layout of tables, chairs and props, maintaining cleanliness and good condition of all banquet function space according to the programs and plans, stock linen, China, sliver, and other supplies in preparation for each event, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. 
You will also encounter that our guests have special requests involving a particular layout for the event or certain props. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Banquet House person.
• Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Banquet House persons are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk,and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. ·         While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfil cleaning tasks occasionally. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day.  Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Ability to perform cutting skills on work surfaces, topped with cutting boards, 3 to 4 feet in height (kitchen, pastry kitchen, etc.). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Most work tasks are performed indoors.  Temperature generally is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures.

This will include menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, and adherence to quality and safety standards. They oversee and assist in coordinating special events. They resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments during their day all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. The will assist to manage all month end financial requirements such as trial balance, accruals, check book maintenance and P&amp;L variance critiques. They attend all labor and revenue meetings.

You will be responsible for setting up and taking down the event space during their day. This will include reading the BEO to determine the specified layout of tables, chairs and props, maintaining cleanliness and good condition of all banquet function space according to the programs and plans, stock linen, China, sliver, and other supplies in preparation for each event, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.  
You will also encounter that our guests have special requests involving a particular layout for the event or certain props. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Banquet House person. 
Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Banquet House persons are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.

Our Managers-In-Training are entrusted with comprehension of structure, roles and responsibilities within the departments they are leading, knowledge and understanding of departmental operating standards during their day. This will include daily demonstration of competency in creating departmental schedules, managing payroll reporting and forecasting operational requirements to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions while dining in the restaurants or a specific room preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Managers-In-Training.

Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Managers-In-Training must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
