This is a fixed term role for 12 months focusing on managing the office environment, providing an exceptional guest and colleague experience, by providing a warm welcome, coordinating employee initiatives and delivering accurate administrative support to the HR department.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Meet and greet all visitors, create a warm welcome and deal with all enquiries professionally and timely

Manage office supplies, ensuring enough stationery is available and stocked
Sort, distribute and collate post and maintain franking machine

Run errands as requested, including shop runs for cards etc
Manage Talent soft on a daily basis to check all positions are advertised and up to date and distributed to HODs as required
Conduct and assist with interviews as and when required
To act as a spokesperson for HR area of the Hotel in order to achieve Hotel vision &amp;  build &amp; enhance positive brand image – with internal &amp; external stakeholders as required
Manage employee communications and engagement initiatives
Coordinate and promote the recognition and award schemes
Coordinate staff accommodation arrivals, departures, maintenance issues
Assist with the recruitment and on boarding process, administering new starter documentation and filing, reference checking, HR system data input, reporting
Responsible for all HR administration including new starters, transfers, promotions, leavers and  employee letters
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
Take minutes of meetings as and when required and ensure distribution
Assist with projects including the values awards
Prepare and coordinate all staff events e.g. team quarterly, annual staff party, pub quizzes etc
Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations
Attend departmental meetings or line ups as and when required
Attend career fairs as and when required&lt;br /&gt;

To assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of all services following the company standards and procedures.

Work with the Restaurant Manager to manage and deliver an effective training and development system for all restaurant staffs to ensure that they meet their required standards and develop in their roles.
Offer a service through development and using an accurate database of regular guests’ needs and to ensure that this information is used effectively in order to meet their particular expectation.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and its back office administration.
To oversee and be responsible for the bar bible, cocktail list and cleaning schedule.

Manage office supplies and hotel collateral, ensuring enough stationery is available and stocked
Sort, date stamp, distribute and collate post for F&amp;B team and frank all outgoing mail
Answer the telephone within three rings in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner, providing accurate information to the caller
Meet and greet visitors, create a warm welcome, conduct show rounds and deal with all enquiries professionally
Assist in research for promotions, projects and competitor’s analysis etc.
Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
Ensure office, kitchen and reception areas are kept tidy and clean at all times
Receive and coordinate pick up of deliveries
Coordinate meeting room diary and ensure meeting room is set up accordingly
Restaurant Reservations
Take reservations and accurately record any special requirements, payment and contact details
Confirm reservations both verbally and in writing ensuring special requirements are referred to
Respond to all external and internal F&amp;B enquiries (via email or website) within 24 hours 
Ensure timely and efficient internal communication on all details to a reservation e.g. menu and wine choice, final number of guests, menu/place card requirements etc. to relevant departments

Our Food &amp; Beverage Ultimate Leaders will join us for 12 months, where they will do 2 rotations for a period of 6 months each. 
During their programme, our graduates will have a dedicated mentor from the business, to support and guide the start of their career with us.
Throughout the 12 months, our graduates will take part in key leadership training, learning about leadership styles, feedback, personality types and more, all to support their development with us.
We also know what it takes to achieve ambition. Which is why we will invest in you; helping you to push boundaries and strive for more than you ever thought you could achieve.
You will be responsible for assisting the food service within one of our food and beverage outlets to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
You’ll also have the opportunity to work in different departments, experiencing varying styles of service and guest requirements, working towards supervisor level

You will gain knowledge of all the food and beverage products within your assigned department, in order to communicate offerings to our guests
