In your leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the commercial objectives defined and budgeted are well executed and goals are achieved.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and constant reporting for all operating department including Rooms, F&amp;B and Spa.
You’ll also be responsible for systems data health, maintenance, optimization and overall systems integrity, following Dorchester Collection guidelines and standards in order to optimize system usage and create efficiencies.
You will be creating daily, weekly, monthly and other ad hoc reports for Rooms, F&amp;B and Spa department, highlighting key performance indicators.
You will be responsible for optimizing rooms inventory and distribution in line with Dorchester Collection brand strategies.
Develop and mentor a small, focused revenue team
As a member of the Hotel’s senior management team, you will be responsible for providing the Executive Committee with regular data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
It will be critical for you to consider every situation as a commercial and marketing opportunity to generate revenue across the Hotel.
This is a hands-on, property-based leadership role, where you will take ownership of the revenue function without responsibility for reservations operations.
