In your leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the commercial objectives defined and budgeted are well executed and goals are achieved.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and constant reporting for all operating department including Rooms, F&amp;B and Spa.
You’ll also be responsible for systems data health, maintenance, optimization and overall systems integrity, following Dorchester Collection guidelines and standards in order to optimize system usage and create efficiencies.
You will be creating daily, weekly, monthly and other ad hoc reports for Rooms, F&amp;B and Spa department, highlighting key performance indicators.
You will be responsible for optimizing rooms inventory and distribution in line with Dorchester Collection brand strategies.
Develop and mentor a small, focused revenue team
As a member of the Hotel’s senior management team, you will be responsible for providing the Executive Committee with regular data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
It will be critical for you to consider every situation as a commercial and marketing opportunity to generate revenue across the Hotel.
This is a hands-on, property-based leadership role, where you will take ownership of the revenue function without responsibility for reservations operations.

Monitor security systems, CCTV operations and access control procedures to maintain the safety of the property.
Support investigations, incident reporting and conflict resolution professional and confidentially
Work closely with Duty Mangers and operational departments to minimize risks and ensure smooth day to day operations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards or security concerns.
Ensure compliance with local laws, health &amp; safety regulations and company policies always.
Train, motivate and mentor team members to uphold Dorchester Collection standards and deliver exceptional service.
Maintain accurate records, logs and reports related to incidents, shift activities and operational matters.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

You will be responsible for delivering a warm, polished, and highly personalized welcome experience in the lobby of One at Palm Jumeirah, greeting residents, their family members, and visitors with genuine care and professionalism, and ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the exceptional standards of Dorchester Collection.
You’ll also work in close partnership with the Doorman and Concierge team to ensure all resident requests are fulfilled seamlessly, supporting arrivals and departures through luggage assistance, resident deliveries, and thoughtful recognition, always addressing residents by name and maintaining a composed, welcoming presence.

You will ensure effective communication and shift handovers, maintain full knowledge of residence policies, procedures, and facilities, and demonstrate flexibility by supporting both day and night shifts as operational needs require.
