You are responsible to provide professional and personalized service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You should be knowledgeable of in-suite services, technology and amenities, hotel services and city-wide activities.
You will ensure the allocated guest rooms are ready on time, and all special requests have been prepared. Work with other departments, notably front office, and Food &amp; Beverage, to manage our guests’ requests.
Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding guest expectations from arrival through to departure. Act as a point of contact for the guest during their stay, assisting with any arrangements or requests of the guests.
You will be responsible for packing, unpacking, serving Food &amp; Beverage requirements in the room and liaising with other departments to have seamless access and service to the suite/rooms.
You will assist guests and handle any guest concerns in a professional manner and ensure a positive outcome.
Responsible for the cleanliness and proper handling of assigned work areas, equipment, and materials.

HACCAP – To follow the day to day procedures including; Diligence, food labelling, weekly deep clean of your section
To run an environment that is clean, tidy and organised at all times.

To be able to independently plan the day to day running of your section effectively to meet the service by the department.
Supervise, train and develop team members to the expected standards set out by the Head Pasty Chef.

We are currently seeking a full time Gardener
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic gardener to join our existing team to assist in the day-to-day running of the gardens which include: new kitchen garden, terraces, rose garden, sunken garden, cottage garden, croquet lawn, lake, woodland, lawns and wild flower meadow, as well as small private gardens around the hotel &amp; polo centre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Physical gardening such as hedge cutting and lawn maintenance as well as pruning, planting and bed/border maintenance.  You should be willing to carry out a range of other gardening tasks as they arise.
The role will involve weekend working on a rotational basis and you may be required to work some longer days during the summer period with more time off in the winter.

Operate and manage the computer system according to office procedures, filing documents in a logical and easily accessible system
Maintain an up to date filing system and accurate trace system
Manage office supplies and hotel collateral, ensuring enough stationery is available and stocked
Sort, date stamp, distribute and collate post for F&amp;B team and frank all outgoing mail
Answer the telephone within three rings in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner, providing accurate information to the caller
Meet and greet visitors, create a warm welcome, conduct show rounds and deal with all enquiries professionally
Assist in research for promotions, projects and competitor’s analysis etc.
Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
Ensure office, kitchen and reception areas are kept tidy and clean at all times
Receive and coordinate pick up of deliveries
Coordinate meeting room diary and ensure meeting room is set up accordingly
Restaurant Reservations
Take reservations and accurately record any special requirements, payment and contact details
Confirm reservations both verbally and in writing ensuring special requirements are referred to
Respond to all external and internal F&amp;B enquiries (via email or website) within 24 hours 
Ensure timely and efficient internal communication on all details to a reservation e.g. menu and wine choice, final number of guests, menu/place card requirements etc. to relevant departments
Health &amp; Safety
Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations
Ensure job required certificates are kept up to date
Flexibility
Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks and duties as and when necessary and reasonably required
