The stages of the recruitment process are:
First Stage interview with Head of Infrastructure &amp; IT Support
Second Stage interview with our Global IT Leads – Technical Delivery

You will be responsible for day-to-day oversight and administration of Dorchester Collection IT infrastructure and the third-party providers that deliver support for the physical and virtualised infrastructure. 
The corporate IT support team ensures that all systems are configured and supported in such a way as to maximise availability of systems. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to helpdesk team members and end users.
Day to day, you will be responsible for:Systems Administration – Deployment, installation and ongoing support of computer hardware and software.
Support - 1st / 2nd line support reference for Dorchester Collection employees in the corporate office and internationally.
Education - Facilitate in user IT education and awareness programs and initiatives.
Project Delivery – Support Dorchester Collection IT management in the delivery of new systems and projects to enhance the infrastructure. Contribute to the delivery of hotel projects internationally.
Incident Management – Participate as required in incident management and response, including communications.
Compliance – Adhere to standards and best practices.

The Cyber Security Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for shaping, driving, and continuously improving the organisation’s information and cyber security posture across on‑premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure cloud environments. The role focuses on owning and delivering remediation from security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management, while acting as the technical subject matter expert for cyber security across the business.
This position is suited to candidates with a strong infrastructure or IT system administration/support background, with proven experience securing hybrid environments and responding to real‑world threats&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Cyber Security Engineering &amp; OperationsOwn and resolve cyber security–related support tickets, investigations, and technical issues.
Triaging, investigating, and responding to threats via the global XDR platform.
Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk security events.
Vulnerability Management &amp; Remediation
Own end-to-end remediation of findings from penetration tests, vulnerability scanning, and internal assessments.
Work hands-on with infrastructure and regional teams to remediate vulnerabilities across servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud platforms.
Track and drive remediation activity to ensure timely closure of security risks.
Security Assessments &amp; PosturePlan and execute internal security assessments and technical reviews across infrastructure and sites.
Identify security gaps, prioritise risk, and define pragmatic remediation plans.
Continuously improve technical security controls and configuration standards.
Policy, Standards &amp; ProcessEstablish, maintain, and improve cyber security policies, standards, and supporting processes.
Ensure security controls align with best practice while remaining workable in operational environments.
Support audits and information security reviews through clear documentation and evidence.
Projects &amp; ChangeAct as a security point of contact during the design and implementation of IT and business projects.
Review architectures, designs, and deployments to ensure security requirements are met.
Regional Coordination &amp; EnablementCoordinate and delegate security activities across regional IT teams.
Provide technical guidance to ensure consistent application of security standards globally.
Build effective working relationships with regional stakeholders.

Our In Room Dining Waiters are responsible for delivering 5-star service by taking pride in everything they are doing while looking after all of our guests needs. This includes mise-en-place of trolleys that will be delivered to guestrooms, delivering guest orders and requests, as well as understanding and getting to know our new guests and regular guests needs all this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.


Sometimes our guests have special requests involving specific food  or beverage items, serving off menu requests, pre-ordering meals or placing additional fridges in the rooms and even special events. You will be responsible for efficiently bringing dishes from the kitchen to the designated front-of-house area. This includes ensuring dishes are clean and presentable before they are taken to guests, making sure that all serving equipment is polished and prepared before service begins, preparing tea and coffee according to each guest’s preferences, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
When serving dishes with special requirements, you will clearly label the dish and ensure that it is delivered to the correct table, and notify the Head Waiter that a special dish is on the tray to ensure proper handling.
You will set up the tables and prepare the equipment before the restaurant opens, along with completing the closing duties at the end of the day such as cleaning tables, storing equipment, and resetting the dining area.

As the first point of contact for the People team, this role will maintain all administrative functions within the People &amp; Culture function to support our Dorchester Collection We Care philosophy
You will be responsible for supporting the People &amp; Culture Team in administration of all people-related tasks and initiatives, sharing information such as vision, strategy, values, policies and procedures in line with company messaging.
You will manage all corporate office employee data, maintaining a confidential filling system for employee files, correspondence, policies etc.
You will be responsible for processing relevant information for the monthly payroll cycle, liaising closely with the Finance team
You’ll support the Internal Comms &amp; Facilities Lead in organizing office events including quarterly town halls, summer and holiday parties, and monthly canteen events.
You’ll be tasked with the HRIS administration with support of People Systems Lead, including managing regular data audits for our various systems.
Other tasks include: 
Maintain a confidential filling system for employee files, correspondence, policies etc.
Ensure all employee records and documents are audited and up to date on a regular basis, and maintain general compliance relevant audits in a timely manner in line with GDPR
Welcome new starters on their first day, collate the relevant documentation, and ensure that managers have sent out the relevant communications to ensure a smooth induction process
Administer and process the purchase order process for the People team, ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner, tracked and budgeted correctly
Own the ordering and return of expenses for the people team

You will be responsible for providing knowledgeable menu advice and take guest order, attending to guest needs whilst actively upselling, track and ensure timely delivery from order to service. This will include  preparing cocktails and drinks with accuracy and flair for both the bar counter and the room, entertaining guests and providing seamless service all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions, drink preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Bartender.
