Il Principe di Savoia, storico e prestigioso hotel di Milano, è alla ricerca di una figura di Commis di Sala per il Ristorante Acanto, che rappresenta l’eccellenza gastronomica dell’hotel, distinguendosi per uno stile raffinato e contemporaneo.
Svolgerà un ruolo fondamentale nel supportare il servizio in sala, garantendo un’esperienza elegante, attenta e curata per ogni ospite, in linea con gli standard della nostra struttura.
Contribuirà in modo attivo al lavoro di squadra, dimostrando precisione, spirito collaborativo e una costante voglia di apprendere.
Saprà accogliere gli ospiti con empatia e gentilezza, dimostrando cura in ogni dettaglio e contribuendo a creare un ambiente armonioso che favorisce il corretto svolgimento del servizio quotidiano.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Allestirà e riordinerà la sala, garantendo ordine, pulizia e una corretta disposizione di attrezzature e materiali necessari per il servizio
Supporterà le figure incaricate della gestione del rango (Chef de Rang), collaborando attivamente durante tutte le fasi del servizio per assicurare un’esperienza fluida e curata per gli ospiti
Effettuerà il servizio al tavolo nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi dell’hotel e con attenzione al dettaglio
Sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione del back office e della preparazione degli ordini in coordinamento con la cucina, assicurando un flusso operativo efficace
Garantirà la pulizia costante delle aree di lavoro nel rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie e delle procedure interne
Favorirà un clima di collaborazione con tutto il team, contribuendo a un ambiente positivo, professionale e orientato al lavoro di squadra

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Pastry Chef

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
·         Guidare la brigata di pasticceria dell’Hotel nella gestione delle attività quotidiane e assicurare che gli ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
·         Preparare e creare nuovi dolci, dessert al piatto, torte, lievitati e prodotti da forno.
·         Curare la produzione quotidiana per ristoranti, eventi e servizio in camera per gli ospiti.
·         Coordinare il lavoro della brigata di pasticceria.
·         Pianificare la produzione in base a prenotazioni e eventi.
·         Controllare tempi di lavorazione e qualità del prodotto finito.
·         Verificare il materiale e l’equipaggiamento necessario per il servizio, pulire e riassettare l’area di lavoro, e far rispettare le norme di igiene, sicurezza e HACCP.
·         Monitorare le scorte e le materie prime.
·         Ridurre gli spechi e ottimizzerai l’uso dei prodotti e macchinari.
·         Essere responsabile della comunicazione con gli altri Outlet F&amp;B, e ove necessario, collaborare con gli altri reparti dell’hotel.

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a IT Manager

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
·         Fornire supporto tecnico a colleghi e ospiti, assicurando risoluzione rapida dei problemi.
·         Assicurare conformità a policy, procedure e standard IT del gruppo, collaborando con l’Area IT Manager.
·         Configurare i dispositivi informatici;
·         Coordinare la risoluzione dei ticket aperti;
·         Controllare la corretta esecuzione delle principali attività di gestione della rete (backup, antivirus, aggiornamenti);
·         Verificare l’adeguatezza dei sistemi di sicurezza informatica;
·         Gestisce la tempistica di ogni intervento, organizzando ogni attività con un piano di lavoro;
·         Amministrare degli utenti della rete informatica;
·         Controllare i dispositivi di networking e della centrale telefonica;
·         Coordinare i fornitori di supporto esterno su networking e applicazioni gestionali;

As Director of Communications and PR for The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane, and Coworth Park, you will shape the public narrative, protect the reputation, and elevate the visibility of three of the UK’s most celebrated luxury hotels. You will lead on communications strategy, social media, partnerships, and media relations, telling stories that reflect the excellence and values of the Dorchester Collection. In this role, you will:
Develop and implement a cohesive communications and public relations strategy across the three UK properties, aligning with the brand’s global vision and values.
Serve as the primary liaison for all media outlets, managing press enquiries, securing high-profile coverage, and protecting the hotels’ reputations.
Maintain and nurture a network of journalists, editors, influencers, and luxury brand partners, ensuring continued positive exposure.
Oversee all social media strategy and influencer engagement, ensuring content is curated, brand-aligned, and designed to drive meaningful engagement.
Lead PR agencies—both in-market and internationally—to deliver strategic results and media coverage across all key markets.
Secure and manage partnership collaborations, ensuring brand alignment and mutual value, and creating 360° integrated campaigns that span PR, content, and events.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and leadership teams to ensure consistency across all communications channels and guest-facing messaging.
Identify opportunities for the hotels to participate in strategic sponsorships, high-profile events, and other visibility-enhancing initiatives.

Our Floor Housekeepers are responsible for checking, coaching, and communicating clearly with the housekeeping team. He/she will be aware of our guests' needs, intuitive, flexible during their day and with a keen eye for detail. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.


Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, moving furniture, collection of supplies, deep cleaning of guest rooms and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Floor Housekeeper.

You will be responsible for efficiently bringing dishes from the kitchen to the designated front-of-house area. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a requirement, to address any special requests our guests might have to the relevant department but also, in order to ensure an alignment between the Global Contact Centre and our hotels.
Prioritization is another key skill: our reservation specialists are multitasking and are able to adapt in a fast-paced environment in order to meet time of response targets and ultimately meet our stakeholders expectations.

As the first point of contact for the People team, this role will maintain all administrative functions within the People &amp; Culture function to support our Dorchester Collection We Care philosophy
You will be responsible for supporting the People &amp; Culture Team in administration of all people-related tasks and initiatives, sharing information such as vision, strategy, values, policies and procedures in line with company messaging.
You will manage all corporate office employee data, maintaining a confidential filling system for employee files, correspondence, policies etc.
You will be responsible for processing relevant information for the monthly payroll cycle, liaising closely with the Finance team
You’ll support the Internal Comms &amp; Facilities Lead in organizing office events including quarterly town halls, summer and holiday parties, and monthly canteen events.
You’ll be tasked with the HRIS administration with support of People Systems Lead, including managing regular data audits for our various systems.
Other tasks include: 
Maintain a confidential filling system for employee files, correspondence, policies etc.
Ensure all employee records and documents are audited and up to date on a regular basis, and maintain general compliance relevant audits in a timely manner in line with GDPR
Welcome new starters on their first day, collate the relevant documentation, and ensure that managers have sent out the relevant communications to ensure a smooth induction process
Administer and process the purchase order process for the People team, ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner, tracked and budgeted correctly
Own the ordering and return of expenses for the people team

Administer employee benefits, including lunch cards, pension, and health insurance.
Carry out any other administrative support duties and responsibilities as assigned
You will provide administrative support to the Vice President, People &amp; Culture including diary scheduling, expense processing and other tasks as needed

Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey from initial requisition approval to offer negotiation, for all corporate office roles up to Director level
Build strong, collaborative relationships with department heads to understand their departmental needs, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles, delivering timely hiring solutions
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, reflecting Dorchester Collection values and our commitment to talent and development
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in hospitality industry and beyond, and provide guidance on market trends and talent availability
Manage recruitment agency relationships and create a preferred supplier list (PSL) of agencies
Own the recruitment module on Talentsoft, ensuring accurate employee records are kept. When needed, you will deliver user training, and grant recruitment access to users, and maintain integrations between system and broadbean/job boards, and own reporting on Talent KPIs
Administer all assessments for recruitment across all levels in the corporate office, and for key property roles (Talent Plus, Saville)
Plan and execute school recruitment strategies, develop communication materials, plan events, and design and order collateral for recruitment events
Represent Dorchester Collection during recruitment fairs and career events to attract and recruit top talent and increase brand awareness
Initiate and maintain relationships and partnerships with relevant industry associations and academic counsels
Monitor Dorchester Collection careers inbox fielding inquiries and referral CVs, acting as the first point of contact for all things recruitment 
Own the Dorchester Collection Alumni Programme, and any additional talent pipelines

Work with the Employee Experience Manager on corporate office engagement initiatives  
Escalation point of reference for Employee Relations Issues in absence of Employee Experience Manager, supporting with note taking or meetings
