Position Overview
We are looking for casual waiters & hosts to us as part of our team during our festive season!
You'll have the opportunity to work in various departments across the Dorcheser Hotel and learn from the best in the industry!

What you'll do
- Our Casual Waiters are responsible for organising the most efficient food delivery during their day. This will include doing the mise-en-place and table set-up before service, speedy delivery of food during service and organising teas and coffees. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Casual Waiter.
- Our values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. The purpose of Casual Waiter is to live their behaviours to continue to create our legacy
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Casual Waiter must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
