A day in the life of our Security Supervisor demands high levels of energy. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the contributions that our Security Supervisor will accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know. 

• Our Security  Supervisor  is responsible for FLHSS (Fire, Life, Health, Safety, and Security) of the hotel adhering to our set company rules and regulation standards. This includes review on protective and preventative security measures that ensures our guests receives nothing but the best experience.

• Oversees all loss prevention operations to include emergency response, investigations (initial & follow up) for all guest and employee related incidents, shipping and receiving process (makes recommendations for improvement), electronic key system and manager on duties responsibilities.

• To train all members of the team in the correct systems of work, policies and procedures , conduct, monitor and maintain all risk assessments relating to the hotel and its business

• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving delivering a prompt and courteous service to the highest level; such as first aid emergency, responding directly to all types of alarm activation and liaison with law enforcement agency to meet their expectation. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Security Supervisor by remaining  calm, confident, approachable while maintaining professional image.

• Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  
  
• You must be SIA licensed, First Aid trained and qualified and have knowledge of fire, health and safety
• You must hold a full driving license
