WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

·         A day in the life of our Executive Chef… it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Executive Chef accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know. 

·         Our Executive Chef will be in charge for Kitchen Operations for all the Outlets present in the Hotel

·         He or She will organize and schedule the team to cover all the services required for our guests.

·         Will be responsible to offer the best food experience to our guests in every service

·         The Executive Chef will ensure that all the HACCP rules and Sanification procedures will be followed according to the Government guidelines

·         He or She will be responsible of the Food Cost of Sales, reducing wastage and collaborating with Purchasing and Financial Office to control expenses and goods quality.

·         Develop talents within the Kitchen team

·         Our Executive Chef is responsible to ensure alignment of brand benefits and employee standards

·         Owns human capital management including learning and development, team member reviews, coaching and mentoring.

·         Owns the hotel’s program that delivers incredible culinary experiences as a way to entice repeat business and recognize our most valuable guests.

·         Ensure financial goals are met.

·         Takes guidance from the Executive Committee. The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Executive Chef, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel
