Position Overview
Be the first point of contact for all our guests prior to arrival by carrying out pre-arrival checks to ensure the guests stay is personalized as much as possible.

What you'll do
- Responsible for communicating and updating the allocations of rooms types and requested rooms for guest arrivals.
- Ensure that bedroom inventory and availability in Opera is accurate and deal with discrepancies and overbookings with revenue management.
- Liaise with reservations for prepayment handling in terms of ensuring payments are received on time.
- Constantly check for new reservations being made.
Ensure the guest profile is up to date with accurate information about their upcoming stay. - Responsible on the day for inventory control and selling policy as per Revenue Manager’s guidelines.
- Ensure all departments are aligned with guests activities
- Attend the daily morning meeting to present the daily arrivals
- Support the managers within the department with guest inquiries
What you'll bring

- Customer service orientated
- Experience of Opera is desirable
- Excellent IT knowledge including Microsoft Office
